  representatives of the organization and advocates for the bikepacking com
 munity and the landscapes through which we ride. ⁠ ⁠ Bikepacking Roots is 
 committed to supporting diversity\, equity\, and inclusion in the bikepack
 ing community. To this end\, we encourage applications from diverse indivi
 duals with a variety of perspectives\, identities and lived experiences th
 at will enhance Bikepacking Roots' ability to create a more diverse\, welc
