 or your application and interest in this volunteer run event. Enclosed is 
 a quick update of where we are in our process. TBAG and TAMC leadership te
 ams have been working for months to pull together a truly evolved round tw
 o this year! This week we are putting the finishing touches on our site ma
 p\, winding down our open call for $0 vendor spots\, artists\, musicians\,
  and more! If you know someone that may want to be involved\, please have 
 them apply here\, while the application says "artists" anyone can apply! O
 ur deadline for participants is 3/8/26\, we are likely going to fill our o
 pen slots by 2/28/26. The week of March 8th our lineups for live music\, l
 ive art\, pop up markets\, and community partners will be finalized. This 
 is when official acceptance emails will go out. If you participated last y
 ear\, and are interested in returning\, please re-apply using the link abo
 ve. March is a good month for businesses interested in sponsorship opportu
 nities get in touch! In mid March participants and volunteers will be invi
 ted to a orientation to understand when\, where\, how to show up\, and get
  questions answered while getting a chance to mix and mingle with others a
 nd enjoy coffee and donuts. Location and RSVP link will be sent out with a
