 o\, this being Arizona\, bring as much hydration as possible. We will stop
  as needed\, but FLUIDS! This ride is a bit faster and farther than our be
 ginner rides. Meet us at the park\, it's 10 miles there\, we get breakfast
  at Carls Jr\, and then 10 miles back. Normal speed is anywhere from 11-20
 +mph\, depending on how spicy we're feeling. We're a no drop group\, and W
 E MEAN IT. If you are having trouble keeping up with our pace\, we'll slow
  down. If you feel that you need to turn back\, one of us will ride back w
